Homemade Quiche Lorraine

I was at a nice bakery when I saw them selling a slice of quiche for $8.50 and I really want to eat delicious quiche very much that day. So I dragged my whole family to the supermarket and got all the  ingredients, came home n potter in the kitchen for 2 hours to produce this wonderful looking thing. 

The believe this is the first time I am making a quiche and I am very sure that it won't be the last.


There were lots of extra so I made some crustless quiche which taste just as good.

Soupy and Diaso

I thought it is awkward for me to blog random stuff in the blog for my kiddo's memories and I suppose I have one for my own musings.

Here is the menu on one of February day. Simple lotus roots and pork rib soup using the instant pot.


And my childhood fav of egg with baked beans in tomato sauce. Yum..


I have frozen fruit smoothies for my breakfast too.
